What vendors need to know

What to include in your registration

Your business name, contact name, phone number, email, what you are selling, the type of stall you want to run, and whether you need space for a marquee, table, rack, display stand or food setup.

Bring your own setup

Vendors must bring all of their own essentials: tables, chairs, marquee or shade, decorations, signage, lighting, extension leads if needed, display equipment, rubbish bags, storage boxes and anything required to safely run the stall.

What stalls can sell

We welcome handmade goods, clothing, jewellery, art, wellness items, food, drinks, cultural products, natural products, services, creative workshops and anything that suits a peaceful community festival vibe.

Food or drink stalls

Please tell us exactly what you plan to sell so we can organise the stall layout properly. Food vendors are responsible for bringing safe equipment and meeting any council, food handling or safety requirements that apply to them.

Space only

The festival provides the area for you to set up. It does not provide tables, marquees, product displays, eftpos machines, generators or stock. Come prepared and make your setup beautiful.

Limited spaces

Stall spaces are free, but they are limited. Once the site map is full, registrations may close.
